The Promise
The Pledge

Our pledge to you is that you will be immersed in an environment that stimulates your thinking, nurtures your development and contributes positively to your business growth.

The rules of engagement

Expectations – the group will become an incredibly valuable and integral part of your personal and professional growth

Commitment – you will prioritise time for the Project and meetings will begin and end on time

Commitment is for a minimum of six months

Success of the Project is a shared responsibility

Confidentiality – there must be complete confidence that all discussions are sacrosanct and will not be compromised

Diversity – members will bring a tremendous variety of expertise, experience and knowledge to the Project

Leadership – your mentor will guide, lead and facilitate and create a safe, trusted environment and model leadership

Objectives

    • Feedback - to be Non-judgemental and not 'value laden'
    • Accountability - for own feelings, actions, words and thoughtss
    • Self-disclosure - open, honesty and a willingness to take risks
    • Responsibility - caring attitude toward all group members
    • Listen without judgment; accept with objectivity; inquiry without ridicule and respond with weighed opinion
    • Language to be framed using “I” rather than “you”
    • Unresolved issues placed in the ‘holding bay’


Your Project Leaders
Your Project Leaders will be highly regarded individuals who have real world experience and the ability to elicit your best. Their role is to facilitate, educate, coach and mentor you through the Project.
