The rules of engagement

Commitment is for a minimum of six months
Success of the Project is a shared responsibility
Confidentiality – there must be complete confidence that all discussions are sacrosanct and will not be compromised

Leadership – your mentor will guide, lead and facilitate and create a safe, trusted environment and model leadership

Responsibility - caring attitude toward all group members

Your Project Leaders
Your Project Leaders will
be highly regarded individuals who have real world
experience and the ability to elicit your best.
Their role is to facilitate, educate, coach and
mentor you through the Project.
