The Project
 

The importance of peer advisory groups has long been recognized. One of it great proponents was Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich. Hill is widely attributed to making more millionaires from his work than any other known author. He rightly directed successful people to join forces in a collaboration of like-minds moving as a powerful force in development and growth. The Emerson Project is an extension of his thinking; providing senior executives’ refuge from the daily barrage of pressure where they can confidently, and confidentially draw on the knowledge of their peers. Unlike an academic or an 'expert' telling them what they should be doing, the Project will be street-savvy professionals that have often been through similar experiences. At Emerson they will stay abreast the business trends that are relevant to their business. In essence their colleagues become their 'personal board of directors' that provide clarity, expertise and an unsurpassed sounding board.
