The weight of the Project's success rests upon three corner stones; Confidentiality, Commitment and Contribution.
Confidentiality
It is of paramount importance that you can discuss issues freely without fear that anything will be repeated outside the Project. The only exception to this rule is by unanimous decision on a specific issue that requires outside input.
Commitment
By definition The Emerson Project invitees are very busy people in important roles with pressing professional engagements. However, for the Project to be successful it is imperative that priority be given to attendance, punctuality, and respectfulness to the integrity of the group.
Contribution
There is an obligation to engage with the group with vigour and an open mind and where the interests of all concerned is essential. To give and share ideas, comments and strategy without regard to ‘repayment’.
