Welcome to the first edition of ‘The Dial’. Those of you at the launch would agree it was an enjoyable meeting and a good opportunity to meet your fellow ‘Emersonians’. Steve and I enjoyed the chance to join with you in what promises to be an incredibly exciting adventure. I meant it when I said that of all the consulting and presenting I’ve been involved with this is by far the project I am most looking forward to. Steve and I share a vision that this is the beginning of something unique and infinitely scalable. From the outset we are clear that the success of this project rests upon the quality of the membership, and in this regard we know we have it right. We think it appropriate that our first conversations should be around the concept of 'trust'.
