A project
dedicated to the empowerment of senior executives.
Bringing together decision makers that meet
regularly to exchange ideas, information, opinions
and experiences on a variety of issues in a safe and
supporting environment with the clear objective of
professional and personal growth. Through the
collective experiences of your peers (executives
that make decisions just like you) you will be able
to explore ideas and concepts, examine your goals
and plans and discuss issues of concern and
relevance.
As a result you can expect better decision making,
greater directional clarity and peace of mind. You
will also be supported through executive mentoring
to enrich your experience, reinforce commitments and
hold you accountable to your decisions.
"What lies behind us and what lies before us
are small matters compared to what lies
within us"
Ralph Waldo
Emerson
The project is named after Ralph Waldo Emerson,
considered by many to be the forefather of modern
personal development. It was Emerson who formally
recognized the power of peer advisor-ship to expand
the mind and he who implored that in order to grow
we must share our only true gift; “a portion of
ourselves”.
